When people come online to search, they do not plan on spending money. The internet is known as the information super highway which many online merchants have lost view of. To profit from blogs you need to offer quality content that makes your visitors want to come back to your site again and again.

Get in the mind set of an actual visitor right now…You do a search and you want to find information on a subject. You enter those keywords into the search engine and see a title that matches your phrase and has “how to” in front of it. You click it and it’s a free article that gives you some great free information on what you were searching for.

After you finish that article, how likely would you say you would be to support the website owner and click an Adsense link? I’d say the changes are extremely high.

One of the secrets to getting your web portal listed in all the search engines is to make sure that all of your pages are linked together. If the search engine spiders come to your site and can’t find all the pages, you’ll risk missing out on valuable listings and traffic.

You need to strategically link all of your pages together. This doesn’t mean that you have to use a site map although that is one way to do it. But the downfall of sitemaps is they sometimes get a high ranking because of all the links they display!

So what you want to do is a page to page linking strategy. Each time you write an article or piece of content, you link to the most recent “other” piece of content you’ve written and your main page. This strategy is simple, effective and it works.

Use government provided information. Articles written by United States Government Authors are automatically in the public domain. The government is a prolific writer - on a wide variety of topics. Visit any United States Government website, and you will be greatly surprised with the amount of information that is free for the taking.

As you have seen, providing quality articles without writing a single word, or with just a bit of writing is possible. The information and means is there, use them.
